On June 12, Daichi Miura will release his new single, “Katasumi / Corner.” The first song on the double A-side single is an insert song in the Nippon TV drama “Hakui no Senshi!” “Katasumi” was composed by the multi-talented Koki. On working with Koki, Daichi said that she was very straightfoward and that he was happy to make music with her. Koki said that she was happy to have Daichi sing the song, seeing as how she envisioned it be to sung by someone with a high vocal tone. Today, Daichi released the music video for “Katasumi”, which can be seen below!

June 12 also sees the release of Daichi’s new tour DVD / Blu-ray, “DAICHI MIURA LIVE TOUR ONE END in Osaka-jo Hall.” This tour is the longest one of his career, seeing him perform 39 shows in 29 venues across Japan. This release consists of two videos discs and two CDs. The first video disc contains footage from the tour’s final show at Osaka-jo Hall this past March, while the second video disc documents a show from last December at Tokyo International Forum Hall A. The two CDs included with “DAICHI MIURA LIVE TOUR ONE END in Osaka-jo Hall” are live CDs featuring songs from the title concert.
