The Music Day to be broadcast live across Asia/win tickets to Dean Fujioka’s performance

It has been announced that Nippon TV’s special “The Music Day” will be broadcast live across Asia in partnership with GEM TV.

Hosted by Arashi member Sho Sakurai, The Music Day will air on July 1st featuring a star-studded line-up of musical guests. Over 70 performers have been announced spanning many different generations and genres. The entire list of performers can be seen here. Originally, this special event was created to celebrate Nippon TV’s 60th anniversary. After the huge success and media attention the first Music Day garnered, it became an annual event.  The show will last over six hours and will air from 3:45 PM to 9:00 PM BKK/JT.

GEM TV will also be responsible for a chance to obtain tickets to singer-actor Dean Fujioka’s performance for “The Music Day”. Dean has a history with GEM TV, he was the main star in their very first original programming “We Are Asia: Dean Fujioka & Friends”.

Dean is flying over to Singapore and will perform, which will be streamed live in Japan. After the performance fans will be treated to an exclusive fan meet session. In order to win tickets for the performance all you simply need to do is tell GEM TV why you want to meet Dean Fujioka in 50 words or less. 12 winners will be selected in total, the last day to submit entrees is June 26th, 11:59PM!
