Ahead of the release of June 27 release of her new album “Hatsukoi”, Utada Hikaru will release the album’s title track as a digital single on May 30. “Hatsukoi” serves as an image song for the TBS drama “Hana Nochi Hare ~Hanadan Next Season~.”
Earlier today, the music video for “Hatsukoi” was released on Sony Japan’s YouTube page, meaning that it was blocked worldwide except for Japan. Knowing that she has fans worldwide, Utada released the video on her own YouTube channel later in the day. Tsuge Yasuhito, the video’s director, used light and shadow to create an emotional display to play on the fact that there are things before and after having a first love that can never be experience the same way again. Today marks the release of Kanjani8‘s second best album “GR8EST“. Their first album “8est” came out six years ago in 2012.
This is very likely to be their final album release as a 7 piece group. Back in April member Subaru Shibutani revealed that he would be leaving both Kanjani8 and Johnny & Associates.
Despite Shibutani not leaving Johnny’s until December 31st, 2018 he will not participate in the groups upcoming summer dome tour.
Back in 2015 talent SUZANNE decided to fulfill a dream that she always had, to open and run her own cafe. After only 3 months of operation she had to close down the cafe, she talked about it publicly for the first time on an SP episode of “Sakagami & Sashihara no Tsuburenai-mise”.
When SUZANNE decided to open the cafe, she had zero plans. This included not having a business plan, or even sorting out funds. She just bought a space, and went full steam ahead.
Since she did zero monetary planning, she didn’t realize how much operation costs added up. Furthermore, the cafe itself received sluggish customer traffic that only began to get worse as the weeks went on.
The visuals and MV have been released for Morning Musume ’18s 65th single! While this is the groups 65th single overall, this is the first single to be released under the name “Morning Musume ’18.”
It will be a double a-side titled “Are You Happy?/A gonna”. The covers for the single have been released, alongside the MV for “A gonna”.
Girl group Fairies is back on the scene with “Bangin’“, a promotional song from their upcoming studio album “Jukebox”.
The song is currently serving as the ending theme for the FUJI TV television show “Nari Yuki Kaido Tabi”. Throughout the MV the girls perform a high energy dance routine while wearing flashy “streetwear” outfits.
