Earlier today, “PRODUCE 101 JAPAN” held its finale at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The original 101 contestants were whittled down to a final group of 11, who will debut under the name JO1. Actor and musician Pierre Taki was arrested for minor cocaine possession, effectually putting an end to his group Denki Groove. Most recently, actress Erika Sawajiri was charged for having MDNA.

Singer Airi Suzuki is gearing up for the release of her upcoming 2nd studio album. In preparation, she’s released a brand new MV for one of the promo tracks, “Break it down“. The song was originally released digitally on October 26th, 2019.

Rock duo INABA / SALAS – composed of B’z member Koshi Inaba and Native American guitarist Stevie Salas – have announced that they will be touring Japan next year. This will mark the group’s first concert series since 2017, when they toured in support of their collaborative album “CHUBBY GROOVE”.
In conjunction with the reveal, the pair have also teased the release of new material. This release, whatever form it will take, is expected to precede the tour, with details to be confirmed at a later date.
