Coming off the success of their 2nd album COLORFUL POP, E-girls make a return to the scene with a sassy futuristic pv. Many of the scenes feature beautiful vibrant colors which has become somewhat of a signature for the girls. The single will be released on July 9th. AKB48 has managed to dominate all three top spots so far this year, a first in the chart’s 46 year history. They also managed to simultaneously hold the top album spot, the first time since Utada Hikaru’s single “Can You Keep a Secret?” and album “Distance” in 2001.

Former Morning Musume ace Maki Goto (28) surprised fans when she announced an indefinite hiatus from her career in show business back in December 2011. Today she revealed her plans to return after two and a half years.

The fan proceeded to take one without permission and attempted to defame Kyary by posting it on twitter and saying negative things the encounter. Kyary somehow found the tweet and manually retweeted it giving a piece of her mind.

Last month, idol group Morning Musume ’14 announced an overseas concert in New York City. This events marks Morning Musume ’14’s first overseas performance in 4 years as a group.
