Utada Hikaru to release new single “Face My Fears” next year

As we previously reported, Utada Hikaru has been hard at work with Skrillex and Poo Bear on her new song “Face My Fears”, the theme song for the upcoming third game in the Kingdom Hearts series.

Now, it was revealed via Utada’s official website that this song will be released as a physical single on January 18, 2019, shortly before Kingdom Hearts III itself arrives (January 25). This will serve as Utada’s first single CD since “Prisoner of Love” in 2008, so roughly her first in 11 years!

RAU DEF Collaborates with SALU, PUNPEE, SKY-HI, and More on New Album

On September 26, RAU DEF will release his new album, “DELICACY.” The album features guest appearances by SALU, PUNPEE, SKY-HI, WILYWNKA, OZworld, and 150. Production on “DELICACY” is handled by PUNPEE, DJ TSUBASA a.k.a. JAM, and Matsukawa Kouya.

Tempalay to Have First Release Since Member Change

Back in June, Tempalay’s bassist Takeuchi Yuya left the group due to creative differences. The band said that they would continue with support bassists. The following month, Tempalay announced that they would add support member AAAMYYY to the band on synthesizer and chorus.

Now the new verison of Tempalay is set to make their debut. The band will release the mini album “Nante Subarashiki Sekai” on September 26.

Creephyp to Release New Album “Nakitakunaru Hodo Ureshii Hibi ni”

On September 26, Creephyp will release their new album, “Nakitakunaru Hodo Ureshii Hibi ni.” The album will include 14 songs, including the various tie-ins Creephyp has had this era: “Ito”, the theme song for the film “Teiichi no Kuni”; “Obake de Ii kara Hayaku Kite” from the NHK program “Minna no Uta”; the “FM802 x TSUTAYA ACCESS” campaign song “Shiori”; “Isshou no Onegai”, from the Netflix documentary series “REA(L)OVE”; and the Tokyo Metro CM song “Yo.” “Nakitakunaru Hodo Ureshii Hibi ni” will also include a self-cover of “Hotaru no Hikari”, a song Creephyp created for Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku.

“Nakitakunaru Hodo Ureshii Hibi ni” will come in three editions: a “specially equipped” edition, a limited edition, and a regular edition. The “specially equipped” edition will come in a square steel box, which will contain the CD, two DVDs, and a 300 page book containing songs lyrics, photos, and poetry. The limited edition will come in a circular steel box, which will contain the CD, a DVD, and a semi-circular booklet. The regular edition will just contain the CD and come in the regular jewel case packaging. Illustrations of these packagings can be seen below.

Hello!Project group Morning Musume ’18 released the visuals for their upcoming single “Furari Ginza / Jiyuu na Kuni Dakara”.

Overall this is the groups 66th single, but only the second single released under the name “Morning Musume ’18”. Five versions will be available for purchase, three limited edition DVDs and two regular editions.
