Last month we reported that singer/songwriter Yuji Nakada will be releasing a new full-length album titled “Sanctuary” on May 15th. Now he has chosen to make all of the details regarding this release available to the public.
“Sanctuary” will include new versions of the singer’s previously released tracks “Runner” and “Maboroshi wo Tsukitomete”, as well as eight new songs for a total of ten. A music video for the latter song, directed by Pennacky, has been uploaded to Nakada’s YouTube channel.

Earlier this week old-school rockers Ulfuls announced that they will be releasing a new album on June 26th. The record, titled “U!!!”, will be their first such release since 2017’s “Jinsei”, as well as their first in the group’s current three-piece configuration.
“U!!!” will include the band’s previously released tracks “Kawaru Kawarutoki Kawareba Kaware”, “Rhythm wo Tomeru na“, and new digital single “Sentimental Fever ~Anata ga Suki Dakara~”, plus seven new songs for a total of ten. A music video for the latter track, which features a number of couples falling in love, has been uploaded to their label’s YouTube channel.

Techno-pop trio Perfume has been chosen as one of Rolling Stone’s top 16 acts from the first week of Coachella Music Festival.
The band makes an appearance on the list alongside other acclaimed acts such as Billie Eilish, Rosalía, SOPHIE, Kacey Musgraves, Tierra Wack, and more.
Utada Hikaru has announced “Laughter in the Dark 2018” Tour will be available on DVD and Blu-Ray, as well as digitally via iTunes, on pay-per-view BS Sky Perfect TV,and on subscription streaming service Netflix.
The 13-date sold-out tour began in Yokohama and ended in Chiba in late 2018. It was her first concert in Japan in 8 years, and first concert tour in the country in 12 years. The concert was filmed on its final day at Makuhari Messe.
The tour was broadcast in January on BS Sky Perfect! and in March on Music ON! TV along with a documentary showing the behind the scenes of the tour and production process.
