Yumemiru Adolescence released their Stealth Meeting MV

Stealth Bukai 25:00 is the lead track of their debut album Dai Ichi Shishunki. This song was composed by agehaspring who also wrote songs for YUKI, Mika Nakashima, Funky Kato, etc.

NHK Taiga Hand-over ceremony from Okada Junichi’s “Gunshi Kanbee” to Inoue Mao’s “Hana Moyu”

The NHK taiga handover ceremony was held last November 21 at the Tokyo Shibuya NHK Broadcasting Center. The handover ceremony was attended by Okada Junichi, lead actor of “Gunshi Kanbee” and Inoue Mao, lead actress of the upcoming taiga “Hana Moyu”.

Okada offered Inoue words of encouragement while Inoue says she will do her best to make her drama a success. In addition, the two exchanged gifts that originates from where their character hails from. Okada gave her a kimono belt from Hakata, Fukuoka, while Inoue presented him a raw blowfish from the Yamaguchi Prefecture.

“Gunshi Kanbee” will air its final episode on December 21, postponed from the original date of December 14 due to the elections. “Hana Moyu’s” pilot episode will premiere on January 4, 2015.

Attack on Titan Live Action’s Cast and Visuals Revealed

“Attack on Titan” live action movie has confirmed its line up of cast by revealing 13 character visuals.

Many of the manga’s original characters including Eren, Armin, Hans, Mikasa, Sasha, and Jean are included although it is striking that the character Levi is not represented. Seven new characters are also created for the film story: Shikishima, Sannagi, Fukushi, Hiana, Lil, Souda, and Kubal. It was reported that Hasegawa’s character Shikishima holds the key to the film’s story as “humanity’s strongest man.”

Producer Sato Yoshihiro did not consider physical resemblance to the original character at all. After discussions with manga creator Isayama Hajime, cast selection came down to who could embody the spirit of their characters. The 2 part film will be released on Summer 2015.

Is Nozomi Tsuji abusing her children?

It recently been revealed that former Morning Musume member, Nozomi Tsuji (27), has been suspected of abusing her children.

Tsuji revealed on the television show, “Kaiketsu! Nainai Answer”, that employees of a child service center in her neighborhood came to her house when they heard that her eldest son (Seia, 3) couldn’t sleep and her younger son (Sora, 1) would cry all night. According to Tsuji, the employees asked her to strip her children so that they could check for any bruises (due to abuse) on their bodies.

Of course, Tsuji said this was just a misunderstanding. However, netizens are doubting this.

Age Factory reveal understated yet poignant PV for “Shinku Kara”

Up-and-coming three piece rock band Age Factory recently published the music video for their new song “Shinku Kara”, and what an experience it is.  The PV features the band walking about a city as it turns from day to night,  meant to be a representation of the mundane aspects of everyday life; all the while, the song builds and builds until it finally explodes at around the 3 minute mark.

“Shinku Kara” is the lead track off of Age Factory’s debut mini-album “Te wo Huru”, which is set to release in less than two weeks on December 3rd.  In support of the release, the band will be embarking on their “‘Te wo Huru’ release tour”, which will take them to clubs and livehouses all across Japan between December and March of next year.

Mr.Children and Tamaki Koji join the cast of FNS Kayousai & First Set of Performances Announced

Following the announcement of their second wave of artists, Fuji TV have now revealed the third grouping that will be performing on their yearly music special FNS Kayousai.  This time there are only two additional acts who will be joining the show’s cast:  pop-rock band Mr.Children and singer Tamaki Koji.  Mr.Children will be performing the lead track off of their newest single, “Ashioto ~Be Strong” as well as a new song that they’ve never played on air before, while Tamaki will be performing his 1996 hit song “Melody”, which was used as the theme for the movie “Otoko wa Tsurai yo”.

In addition, several of the collaborations (and songs) which will occur during the special were also confirmed by the TV station.  Some of the more notable collabs include Yuzu x SEKAI NO OWARI, Kishidan x Momoiro Clover Z, and Sakai Yu x Makihara Noriyuki x Crystal Kay.
