On September 2, Kaela Kimura will release her new single, “EGG.” The song serves as the theme song for the TBS drama “37.5°C no Namida.” The first B-side on the single is titled “SHOW TIME.” Described as a piano rock tune, it is composed by AxSxE and arranged by H ZETT M. The second B-side is a cover of “Obake Nante nai sa”, a children’s song from the 60s.
The limited edition of the single comes with a DVD featuring footage from the final show of Kaela’s recent live house tour, “MITAI KIKITAI UTAITAI”. The final show took place at Tokyo’s Shimokitazawa Shelter. The show’s 200 attendees were packed into the cramped space. The 6 songs on the DVD were captured using 32 cameras.
Today, Kaela released the short music video for “EGG.” In it, she can be seen dancing in a park after dark. This is mixed with footage of Kaela inside of a egg. Check out after the jump along with the single’s cover and tracklist!

Previews for the music video of Arashi’s newest single Ai Wo Sakebe (Shout for Love) are out! The tracklist and covers were previously released.
As the CM song for Zexy, the song talks about the awkward and slightly wistful feelings of a man at a wedding ceremony towards the bride, who he used to yearn for, while still wishing the newlyweds a bright future. As “a love song from us,” it’s bound to become a new wedding song standard, offering a message to a woman from a man’s point of view.
Part of the MV was shot in an actual wedding reception held in Tokyo. The groom together with his friends practiced in secret. Towards the end, Arashi members appeared as a surprise, dancing and singing along with the groom. The PV previews also include some dance rehearsal footage.
A radio rip of the song is also out. Check out the latest previews from Arashi below. Single will be out on September 2.
