It’s been announced that veteran singer/songwriter Tatsuro Yamashita’s latest song, “LEHUA, MY LOVE”, has been picked up as the new CM track for airline JAL HAWAII. The CM series – titled “Style yourself” – stars model Jun Hasegawa as she takes in the sights on the Hawaiian islands.
“LEHUA, MY LOVE” has been described as a refreshing summer pop tune named after the Lehua flower, which is native to Hawaii. The song’s release date has not yet been decided.
You can, however, hear a snippet of “LEHUA, MY LOVE” in the commercial, which we’ve attached below.
This week fusion rock band Suchmos released their latest full-length album “THE ANYMAL“. Though they’ve already published a music video for the record’s lead track “In The Zoo“, they have now chosen to make a live performance of its opening song “WATER” available on their YouTube channel.
This special Live PV was shot in a church, the acoustics of the space allowing for a unique rendition of the modern blues track. Furthermore, this video marks the start of a YouTube Artist Promo featuring Suchmos, with outdoor advertisements to be posted starting on April 1st.
You’ll find the full version of this soulful music video below.
Hot on the heels of his first solo release, Elephant Kashimashi frontman Hiroji Miyamoto recently announced that his new song “going my way” has been picked up as the CM track for sake manufacturer Gekkeikan’s latest product – “THE SHOT”. The company describes “THE SHOT” as a bottled sake which can be enjoyed at one’s own pace, whenever one should desire it.
The commercial stars Miyamoto himself as he both performs the track and does a dance for the camera while he savors the sake. No information regarding the release of “going my way” has been made public at this time.
You’ll find the 30-second version of this jaunty commercial right after the cut.
