Electronic rock band BBHF have announced that they will be releasing a new album titled “BBHF1 -Nankasuru Seinen-” next month on May 27th. This will be their second studio record together and their first since September 2018’s “Moon Boots”.
Based around the concept of a novel wherein a young man travels from north to south, the longplay will span two discs and total 17 tracks in length. The double album’s Limited Edition will include a DVD which contains footage of their December performance at Tokyo Liquidroom.

Hot on the heels of their last tie-up announcement, popular rock quartet Mr.Children have revealed another such arrangement. This time they’ll be providing their new song “others” as the latest CM track for Kirin Beer’s “Kirin Strong” label.
The commercial itself stars actress Anne Nakamura, who stares out at the sunset and enjoys her drink while the spacey ballad plays on. No details regarding the track’s release have been made available at this time.

Singer/songwriter THE CHARM PARK has announced that he will be releasing a new digital single this week on April 7th. The track, titled “ad meliora”, has already been picked up as the ending theme song for the second season of popular anime “Fruits Basket”.
To coincide with the song’s release, both its official audio and the ending animation it’s paired with have been uploaded to Charm’s YouTube channel.

Back in January, psychedelic rockers Odotte Bakari no Kuni released their latest album “Watashi wa Tsuki ni wa Ikanai Darou“. Now, with their promotions for the record wrapping up, the quintet have uploaded the music video for its third track “Crawl” to their YouTube channel.
This PV, which was directed by Tomokazu Yamada, sees singer Koji Shimotsu wandering along a barren stretch of sand towards the sea. Additionally, a shorter clip featuring footage taken during the album’s recording process – and song “In your eyes” – can also be found on their channel.

On April 12, the Nippon TV drama “Bishoku Tantei Akechi Goro” will debut. The drama is a live action version of the manga of the same name by Higashimura Akiko. It has been revealed that Utada Hikaru will sing the drama’s theme song.
