Suzuki Masayuki x Kanjani8 – Megumi no Hito

“The King of Love Songs” Masayuki Suzuki is back with a brand new track called “DADDY! DADDY! DO!“. It’s currently serving as the openeing theme song for the 2nd season of the popular anime series “Kaguya-sama Love Is War“.

For this release Masayuki teamed up with Airi Suzuki. “DADDY! DADDY DO!” has been described as a funky pop number with jazz elements incorporated into it. Does Airi find a “daddy” in Masayuki? Watch the MV below!

This week, SEVENTEEN topped the Combined Single chart with their single “Mai Ochiru Hanabira (Fallin’ Flower)”, with 341,867 points in its first week.

MAN WITH A MISSION topped the Combined Album chart with their new album “MAN WITH A “B-SIDES & COVERS” MISSION”, with 22,225 points in its first week.

SEVENTEEN also topped the Single chart with “Mai Ochiru Hanabira (Fallin’ Flower)”, selling 334,417 copies in its first week.

MAN WITH A MISSION also topped the Album chart with “MAN WITH A “B-SIDES & COVERS” MISSION”, selling 19,926 copies in its first week.

Uru topped the Digital Single chart with her single “Anata ga Iru Koto de”, selling 28,918 copies in its eighth week.

Uru also topped the Digital Album chart with the special edition of her album “Orion Blue”, selling 2,775 copies in its third week.

Official HIGE DANdism topped the Streaming chart with “I LOVE…”, with 5,040,206 streams in its 12th week, topping the chart for the eighth consecutive week.

Johnny’s superstars Tomohisa Yamashita & Kazuya Kamenashi, otherwise known as Kame to YamaP are the latest cover boys for anan magazine. For this interview the overall theme is “beauty”, which ties in with the magazines overall theme of “Body Beauty” for the issue.

Besides talking about how they personally try to maintain their “body beauty”, the boys talk about what beauty means to thing. The issue will be on sale nationwide in Japan beginning on April 22nd, 2020.

The assault saga of former NGT48 member Maho Yamaguchi seems to be finally coming to a close. This all began last year when Maho went into detail about the abuse she suffered after being attacked by two men in December, 2018.

Maho’s management AKS refused to acknowledge the situation until it became national news, Maho herself even repeatably apologized despite being the victim in this situation. The aftermath of this resulted in NGT48 and their management going through a complete overhaul, and Maho herself graduating from the group. A lawsuit was eventually launched by AKS against the men that attacked Maho.

Avu-chan has released bran new photos teasing the release of her latest photobook “AMPHIS Avuchan“. The official theme for the photobook has been described as “F and M (Female & Male”. Avu-chan can be seen in a bunch of elaborate outfits in both a feminine and masculine style.

Beginning on April 15th, fans can pre-order their copy on various bookstore websites including HMV Japan, BOOKS online, and ROCKET-EXPRESS. Retailing for 3000 yen, the 80-page book will also come with a special photo.
