Mannequin duo FEMM teased fan with a new song at their first American performances at Tokyo in Tulsa 2014 earlier this month. It’s only been four days since they released the polished version of the ‘Girls Night Out’ music video, but they’re already back with yet another party anthem ‘Party All Night‘.

In this video they take us to a mannequin’s interpretation of a party in Space Triangle club with more tight dance moves from choreography team HIDALI.

Former BiS member Yufu Terashima has released the music video for her upcoming second single ‘Campanula no Yuuutsu,’ and with it, proudly announced her transfer to major label Universal Music Japan!

After leaving the group in 2013 amid conflict with the other members, Terashima made her return to music as a solo idol at the beginning of this year with the indie single ‘#Yuflight’ produced by up-and-coming female singer-songwriter rionos. The pair have teamed up again for her breezy, Latin-influenced summer track, and members of rock bands THE NAMPA BOYS and Alaska Jam feature in the promotional clip. Give it a listen after the jump!

You might know her as a top Seventeen Japan model or from the drama Smoking Gun, but now she’s trying her hand at singing! The official Avex YouTube channel has uploaded the debut video ‘Love Evolution‘ for Mariya Nishiuchi.

It was filmed over a 17 hour period in early July. It opens up with shot of her playing the drums, but then you’ll see she’s on a photo shoot cycling through 26 different looks and essentially showing all the different sides of her personality.

Universal Music Japan has uploaded the promotional video for Dance and vocal group Da-iCE‘s 3rd single ‘Hush Hush‘.

The single includes the coupling song ‘Startin’ Up‘ and a 5 Voice edit of ‘You & I‘. The regular CD version also includes an English version of the title track like they have for each of their past singles.

Nishikido Ryo will be starring in TBS’ new Nichiyou Gekijou Fall drama slot, titled  ‘Gomen ne Seishun’ (lit Sorry, Youth). He will be reuniting with scriptwriter Kudo Kankuro (Amachan, 11 Nin mo Iru!), 6 years after working together in drama ‘Ryusei no Kizuna’. This will also serve as Kudokan’s return to TBS four years afer ‘Unubore Deka’. Mitsushima Hikari (Soredemo, Ikite yuku, Woman) will be co-starring in this new drama.

The drama is scheduled to air on October, Sundays, 9pm. More info on the plot below.

Self proclaimed pop diva Koda Kumi reveals new pachinko-exclusive song in ‘Kumi KODA CR FEVER LIVE LEGEND IV’ campaign teaser.

This teaser video opens with a short dialogue from Kumi herself explaining the campaign. She has recorded three new songs and videos with a butterfly theme.

It’s unclear whether these songs will be issued on a future single or album release, but in the past other artists have released pachinko-exclusive songs and to this day they can only be viewed via low quality recordings. But let’s pray more concrete details come soon.

Recently we announced the release and short pv for Koda Kumi‘s latest single. This time we’re bringing you the full PV of her hot summer single. As per her usual summer singles, it gives off a very ‘cool’ feeling. The PV sets a contrast between Koda Kumi in the morning and Koda Kumi at night, showing two sides of the J-pop diva.
