The video for E-girls’ twelfth single ‘Highschool ♡ love‘ (third of their 3 consecutive monthly release schedule) has been posted!

The song was been chosen as the theme song for Kansai Fuji TV drama ‘GTO’ and The video takes place at the same corridors, classrooms and gymnasium that the drama takes place in. Along with all the E-girls members, the PV employs more than 200 people to appear as extras!

Galileo Galilei announce new mini-album + release PV for “Mrs. Summer”

Japanese pop-rock band Galileo Galilei have announced that they’ll be releasing a new mini-album titled ‘See More Glass’ on October 1st of this year.  This will be the band’s first physical release since their previous studio album, ‘ALARMS’, which dropped towards the end of 2013.

In support of this new release, Galileo Galilei have released the music video for ‘Mrs. Summer’, a bright, upbeat track that will serve as the promotional song for the mini-album.

Pop Culture icon Rola stars in the new commercials for lingerie brand PEACH JOHN.

The news CMs have Rola partaking in culture at museum where paintings like Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus are now clothed in Peach John lingerie. Pop culture enters art and Rola finds herself channeling her inner Goddess and begins ascending into the painting.

Her phone rings and she wakes up as foreigners hush her for causing disorder – it was all a dream, but luckily John wants to go to the party with her and all is well in the world.

Pokémon fighting game announced, POKKÉN TOURNAMENT

The Japanese Pokemon company has just announced a brand new Pokemon game titled “POKKEN TOURNAMENT”. This game serves as a collaboration between The Pokemon Company and NAMCO BANDAI Games, famous for their Tekken and “Tales of…” franchises.

Even though head producers from the Tekken and Soul Calibur series will be working on POKKEN TOURNAMENT neither will share the same engine as the two fighting games. In a recent interview Tekken’s producer Katsuhiro Harada revealed that the engine would be completely new. The game-play won’t focus so much on the technical aspects, but more so on the action. The final roster is far from being complete so if there’s a Pokemon you’d like to see in the game Harada urged fans to let them know via POKKEN TOURNAMENT’s official twitter account.

POKKEN TOURNAMENT is scheduled to be released in Japanese arcades sometime next year. The first trailer for the game can be seen below.

Cast for live-action ‘Assassination Classroom’ revealed

The cast for live-action adaptation of popular manga series ‘Assassination Classroom‘ has been released!

Created by Yuusei Matsui, ‘Assassination Classroom’ is a story about an alternate history where a powerful creature has destroyed a majority of the moon, and the Earth is next on its list to wreak havoc on. Although he is able to ruin the moon, permanently leaving it a crescent shape, it gives the people the Earth the option of changing their fate but they have one year to try and kill it.

Giselle4 release sexy version of ‘WONDER GIRL’ + major debut single details

The new short video for girl group Giselle4 entitled ‘WONDER GIRL’ has been uploaded, but with a sexy twist.

This special video was made to promote the version used as the ending theme of TV Tokyo drama ‘Arasa-chan Mushusei‘, and star Mitsu Dan makes an appearance as well. Interspersed with shots of Giselle4’s sharp dance moves are highlight scenes from the new drama.
