Sanspo reports that ONE OK ROCK’s bassist Ryota Kohama (25) and actress Haruka Kinami (29) are dating.

The two are reported to have met and become acquainted with each other at a couple of dinner parties and Kinami considered herself a fan of ONE OK ROCK beforehand. Many have noticed the two to be close lately, with Kinami often witnessed at concerts for ONE OK ROCK’s performances. Last month, she was seen on Ryota’s Instagram photo sitting in the authorized person area at the venue and was most recently spotted on the 13th of this month at the band’s Yokohama Stadium date.

With both of them strongly committed to each other, dating seems to have had a positive impact on their work. Haruka appears in three films and two dramas this year while ONE OK ROCK is at the height of their career.

ONE OK ROCK have recently successfully completed an outdoor stadium live tour for the first time and will continue touring worldwide this month throughout Europe, the United States and select locations in South America.

Nintendo Japan has released the TV spot featuring Pop Princess Kyary Pamyu Pamyu for their “new” handheld gaming system entitled New Nintendo 3DS.

The CM is very in-theme with Kyary’s fashion-forward persona, helping popular characters like Pikachu, Peach, Mario and Bowser become fashion-forward themselves to advertise the system’s “skin” faceplate feature. It features Kyary’s new song “KISEKAE“.

It has been announced that a new aiko song ‘Atashi no mukou‘ has been chosen as the theme song of upcoming Fuji TV drama series ‘Sutekina Sen Taxi‘. It stars Yutaka Takenouchi who plays Edawakare, a taxi driver who is able take passengers back in time in his cab.

It has been three years since aiko has been chosen to perform a theme song for a drama — ‘Mitsu no Aji ~A Taste Of Honey~’ back in 2011 — and she is honored to have been chosen to supply a song inspired by the storyline.

There is currently no release date for the song ‘Atashi no mukou’, but we can look forward to hearing it when ‘Sutekina Sen Taxi’ begins airing October 14th in the Tuesday 22:00 time slot.

Sexy Zone’s Nakajima Kento will be starring in TV Asahi’s latest Friday night autumn drama “Kurofuku Monogatari” together with AKB48’s Kashiwagi Yuki. In one of the scenes in the drama, Ogawa Akira (Nakajima Kento) licks Kashiwagi Yuki’s black heels at a cabaret club where she works as a hostess.

Rock band THE NOVEMBERS vocalist and guitarist Yusuke Kobayashi has revealed that he is now a father to a child for the first time!

His baby daughter was born safety on September 27th at around 3AM and has been named Kaede. In the band’s blog post announcement, Kobayashi compares releasing a new work to how he felt the moment his daughter was born. He tweeted a photo of his daughter’s feet in his personal announcement, sharing how giddy he is to be a father.

At idol group PASSPO’s 5th anniversary live show at Tokyo Shinjuku BLAZE today, member Makoto Okunaka has announced her graduation from the group.

Okunaka started working as a crew member of PASSPO back in 2009. She debuted as an actress in 2012 as the female lead in the tokusatsu drama ‘Kamen Rider Wizard‘.

Okunaka took to the stage and revealed her impatience towards figuring out her future. She reveals this has been the biggest decision she has made in her life, and it was decided by herself alone. She is looking forward to the possibility of continuing a career as actress.

Recently, Taiwanese idol Aaron Yan appeared on a Nico Nico live stream where he promoted the Japanese release of his two albums, “Drama” and “Cut” along with the Japanese release of his drama, “Fall in Love with Me.”  Though his Japanese ability is limited, Aaron attempted to communicate with his Japanese fans in the language to answer questions and help them with personal problems.
