Kanjani8 Releases “Tsuyoku Tsuyoku Tsuyoku” Music Video

Kanjani8’s first single of 2015, “Tsuyoku Tsuyoku Tsuyoku” (Strongly, Strongly, Strongly) was released released last June 3. The newly released song is currently on air as the theme song for NTV’s “Do S Deka” starring member Okura Tadayoshi.

It’s a medium-tempo tune that goes perfectly with the 7 members’ band sound. It’s a song that gives people a big push on the back when they are trying to take on something in life.

The music video was filmed outdoors and was shot in monochrome for the most part. To get a scenic view, a drone was used to get aerial shots. Check out their latest video and single details below.

Kanjani8’s “Kyanjani” Returns with New Candy Crush Soda Solo CMs

After the first batch of Candy Crush Soda ads introducing Kanjani8 as the new girl group Kyanjani, a new series of of CMs have aired.

Watch Yokoyama Yu “Yoko-ko”, Shibutani Subaru “Subako”, Murakami Shingo “Mura-ko”, Maruyama Ryuhei “Maruko”, Yasuda Shota “Yasuko”, Nishikido Ryo “Nishikiko”, and Okura Tadayoshi “Kurako” in their solo CMs as they play and pose with props and random objects such as tennis balls, hula hoops, flute, ice cream, dried squid cuttlefish and more!

Charisma.com Release PV for “Otsubone Rock”

In April, Charisma.com signed with major label Warner Music Japan. The duo is now ready to release their debut on the label. On July 8, Charisma.com will release their new mini album, “OLest.” The title is a combination of “OL” for “office lady” (jobs the duo still holds) and “best.” “OLest” will include their April digital single “Kongara Girl.” Today, the ladies released the music video for the mini album’s 2nd track, “Otsubone Rock.” The song feature’s the duo’s signature blend of hip hop and electronic music. The music video features them in an office setting and engaging with some black suit and helmet-clad men. Check it out after the jump along with the mini album’s cover and tracklist!

This week’s Wednesday Singers were Amour MiCo, Jennii, GILLE, MACO, Ms.OOJA, Saho Aono, Ide Ayaka, Eric Fukusaki, Kawakami Daisuke, Eri Nobuchika, and Yamamoto Takuji.

They sang songs by the likes of Otokogumi, Hikari GENJI, Fujii Fumiya. Fujii Fumiya and AKB48 also performed their new songs.

Kou Shibasaki Releases Preview Video for Her New Cover Album

On June 17, Kou Shibasaki will release her first cover album, “Kou Utau.” This album sees her covering songs by the likes of Miyuki Nakajima, Tokyo Jihen, Masaharu Fukuyama, and Gesu no Kiwami Otome. Today, Kou released a video with clips of each song on the album, as well as a CM for it. She also released images of the free paper that comes with the album as a bonus.
