Today, NHK aired a two part special, “Soukessan! Heisei Kohaku Uta Gassen.” The show looks back on Kohaku Uta Gassen during the Heisei era. The first part was hosted by Arashi‘s Sakurai Sho and NHK announcer Ohno Fumie. This segment starred Arashi, Seiko Matsuda, and Kitajima Saburo. Late last month, folk singer/songwriter Yuta Orisaka released his digital single “Houyou”. Now he has chosen to publish a music video for both its title track and B-side “Kai” to his YouTube channel.
This expansive PV, directed by Kohei Igarashi, attempts to thematically link the pair of songs through the use of a continuous narrative. As such, the majority of the video’s runtime is composed of shots relating to the sea, the shore, and other similar topics.

LDH latest group BALLISTIK BOYZ is prepping for their major debut! Instead of going the traditional route and debuting with a single, the boys will actually be starting out with a full length studio album.
The self-titled album will come out on May 22nd, 2019. Since the initial announcement, 6 more songs have been revealed for the tracklist. As of right now the partial tracklist is as follows:

The boys are currently gearing up for the release of their double a-side single “Lucky-Unlucky / Oh! my darling“, and the release of their DVD single “Ai Dake ga Subete -What do you want?-“. Both releases will come out a week apart, the single is out May 22nd while the DVD single will come out May 29th.

Her graduation took place at Yokohama stadium, and featured a large variety of special guests. Joining her on stage was one half of the legendary comedy duo Downtown, Hitoshi Matsumoto. He dressed up as musician Yuya Uchida, parodying Rino & Yuya’s 2014 duet song “Shekina Baby“.
