Major talent agency Yoshimoto Kogyo has suspended 11 of its comedians for participating in “underground business” and attending a party held by an antisocial organization without consulting the company. It has determined that the comedians have accepted payment for their attendance after previously claiming they never received money.
The 11 celebrities are Hiroyuki Miyasako, 49; Ryo Tamura, 47; Razor Ramon HG, 43; Yoshinari Fukushima, 41; Masashi Kumada, 46; Punch Hamasaki, 38; Takuhiro Kimura, 43; Moody Katsuyama, 39; Hiroyuki Yasoshima, 35; Hiroshi Tsunemichi, 36; and Diego, 41.
Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS member ELLY, also known by his solo stage name CrazyBoy, will be returning to his solo career with the release of a brand new digital single called “PINK DIAMOND“. Announced with the new single were some changes to his solo career. Along with a stage name change, he will also be transferring labels.
Originally making his solo debut in 2017 under the name “CRAZYBOY”, the capitalization has officially been changed to just “CrazyBoy”. Furthermore, he will no longer be under the avex sub-label rhythm zone, instead transferring over to LDH MUSIC.
Popular actor Haruma Miura will be having a go in the music scene! It has been announced that he will be releasing his debut single titled “Fight for your heart“.
The song will be the official theme song for the Fuji TV drama series “Two weeks“, which also stars Haruma in the main role. The drama will begin airing on July 16th, 2019. The series is a remake of the popular 2013 South Korean drama of the same name.
King & Prince released their highly anticipated self-titled debut album last June 19. Included in the album is their debut single “Cinderella Girl”, “Kimi ni Arigato”, theme song of the movie “Uchi no Shitsuji ga Iu Koto wa” and unit songs.
11 songs from their Johnnys Jr era are also available in the Limited Edition B of the album. Iwahashi Genki, who is currently on hiatus for treatment of panic disorder is featured in these pre-debut tracks.
Their new album has so far exceeded 450K sales and the group is quickly establishing themselves as the ace of Johnny’s new generation. In their latest release, King & Prince sheds off their princely image for some hot number in their music video for “Naughty Girl”. The group challenges hip hop dance and a bit of rap for the album’s title track. A one shot of their performance is also recorded for the Dance ver video. Check them out below!
