This year’s edition of FNS Kayousai, Fuji TV’s year end music special, will take place on December 2 and 9, 6:30 PM to 11:28 PM JST. The show will be hosted by Arashi’s Aiba Masaki and Fuji TV announcer Nagashima Yumi.
The first set of acts performing on the show has been announced! Arashi will make their 22nd consective appearance on FNS Kayousai this year, but this will be the first in which they appear on both nights. Seiko Matsuda will also perform on the show this year, returning after 20 years. This year also sees Mr.Children returning after six years.
In addition to the acts named above, the likes of LiSA, JO1, Koda Kumi, SixTONES, and GACKT will perform. See who else is performing below!
Superstar models Koki & Cocomi have shared many personal photos for the birthday of their father Takuya Kimura! Every time the girls do this it’s always a treat for fans as growing up they were fiercely protected from the public eye and tabloids.
On Instagram Koki began the birthday post with a short video of her as a child giving Kimura a kiss, followed by a photo of them having fun at home, dressed up for Halloween, and during a family vacation. Koki wrote her caption in both Japanese and English.
On November 11, Ryusenkei and Hitomitoi will release their collaboration album “Talio.” The album serves as the soundtrack for the NHK drama “Talio Fukushu Daiko no Futari.” The album includes the drama’s opening theme song, “Kinyoubi no Venus” (a collaboration with Horigome Yasuyuki), and its closing theme song “Kanashii Kurai Diamond.” “Talio” also includes the insert song “Shin Ki Ro.”
In keeping with the city pop theme, the cover art for “Talio” was created by Nagai Hiroshi, who also created the cover art for Ohtaki Eiichi‘s seminal 1979 album “A LONG VACATION.”
The music video for “Kanashii Kurai Diamond” was recently released. It was shot on the set of “Tario Fukushu Daiko no Futari.” Check it out below, along with more information on Ryusenkei and Hitomitoi’s new album!
On November 11, Shota Shimizu will release “period”, his first mini album. “period” is also Shota’s first CD release since his June 2018 album “WHITE.”
The mini album will include the previously released digital singles “Sorry”, “Breathe Again”, and “416.” It will also include two new songs, “Princess” and “30.” “Princess” is a song of regret post-breakup, while “30” sees Shota looking back to the time of his debut and thinking about his changes since then.

On November 11, Daichi Miura will release his new single, “Antelope.” This single has two B-sides, “Yours” and “Not Today.” The former was released as a digital single in June. The latter serves as the theme song for the wheelchair basketball episode of the NHK BS1 anime series “Ani x Para.”
“Antelope” will be released in three editions: CD+Blu-ray, CD+DVD, and CD only. The first two editions will include the music video for “Antelope” and the choreography video for “Yours.” Both of these videos can also be seen below, along with more information on Daichi’s new single!

Former idol and talent Moga Megami has announced that she is currently pregnant with her first child! Mogami confirmed the news on her official LINE blog.
In the entry Mogami shared that as she thinks about the future, her desire to have children grows more and more so this pregnancy as made her “very happy”. The father of the child is unknown, Mogami also stated that currently there are no plans to marry. While the announcement was sudden, Mogami stated that she will continue activities as normal while closely monitoring her physical condition.
2020 marks the year of veteran Johnny’s member Masahiko Kondo’s 40th anniversary. Unfortunately for him this year isn’t going to end very well. Tabloids have been reporting that Matchy has been cheating on his wife of 26 years for 5 years!
His affair finally began to unravel in October, after tabloids published photos of Matchy and a mystery woman golfing together in Okinawa. They weren’t alone however, as they were playing with two presidents of large companies, and two other younger mystery women. After the game Matchy and the mystery woman were spotted visiting a hotel together.
