On December 31, the 71st NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen air. The show will air from 7:30 PM to 11:45 PM JST. As previously reported, the show will be hosted by Uchimura Teruyoshi and Kuwako Maho, with Nikaido Fumi leading the Red Team and Oizumi Yo leading the White Team.

THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE is gearing up for the release of their 13th single MY PRAYER, initially released as a digital single in October the physical version will be released nationwide in Japan on December 9th, 2020.

MY PRAYER is the official theme song for the 14th season of the ABEMA TV show Shuumatsu Homestay. The single will feature two b-sides titled ESCAPE and BAD LUV, instrumentals for the songs and the a-side MY PRAYER will also be included on the single. Pre-order bonuses include a B-2 sized poster. It has been reported that actor Akira Kubodera has been found dead in his home in Tokyo, he died on November 13th 2020. Kubodera’s exact cause of death has not been disclosed, but many publications have already ruled his death as suicide.

On January 1, EXILE TRIBE will release their new single, “RISING SUN TO THE WORLD.” This single comes ten years after EXILE‘s “Rising Sun”, a single which helped to energize Japan in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake. “RISING SUN TO THE WORLD” hopes to not only energize Japan, but the world as well.

Ahead of the release of “RISING SUN TO THE WORLD”, the music video for Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS‘ song on the single, “RISING SOUL”, has been released. This video release is in tandem with the the group’s 10th anniversary. The song was co-written by group member Imachi Ryuji and features an “80s disco” sound. Group member ELLY co-choreographed the dancing in the video, which can be see below, along with more information on EXILE TRIBE’s new single!
