It was previously announced that rock band SPYAIR would put their activities on hold back in May mid-tour, cancelling the remaining dates. Soon after, lead vocalist IKE suddenly tweeted he would be leaving the band.

Today, their Official Website has announced they will be resuming activities immediately and declared the band will not dissolve any time in the near future.

Only 5 months of their major debut, 5-member band TAMTAM is set to release their 1st full album ‘Strange Tomorrow.’

The album will be comprised of 13 songs, including previous singles like ‘Babel’ and ‘Enter Key.’ A concept album of sorts, it questions what has become of our universe from 4000 years in the future.

Today, TBS revealed the third set of acts that will be performing on the channel’s music special Ongaku no Hi on August 2. These acts include Eir Aoi, [Alexandros], androp, OKAMOTO’S, Katahira Rina, Kalafina, Creephyp, Gesu no Kiwami Otome., SID, cinema staff, SPICY CHOCOLATE, Sumioka Rina, chay, Niiyama Shiori, and Rihwa. New Avex boyband SOLIDEMO has released the short pv for their new single “Heroine.” The single is set for release on September 17. This will be the group’s second single after debuting earlier this year with their single “THE ONE.” “Heroine” served as the closing theme for Fuji TV’s drama First Class, starring Erika Sawajiri.

Toho has released teaser trailers for its two movies, ‘Kinkyori Renai’ and ‘Miracle: Debikuro-kun no Koi to Maho’.

Yamashita Tomohisa stars in this forbidden teacher-student relationship live movie adaptation of the manga ‘Kinkyori Renai’ as an English teacher, with Komatsu Nana playing the role of the genius high school girl. The movie opens October 11.

Aiba Masaki plays his first starring film role in “Miracle: Debikuro-kun no Koi to Maho”, along with Eikura Nana, Han Hyo Joo, and Ikuta Toma. A love story with an element of fantasy follows the story of these four characters creating a miracle on Christmas night. Movie opens November 22.
