It has been revealed that Namie Amuro has been chosen to provide the theme song for the second season of popular Fuji TV renzoku drama series “FIRST CLASS” starring esteemed actress Erika Sawajiri.
The new song “BRIGHTER DAY” is described to open with an impressive string instrument arrangement and transitions into a vocal performance by Namie on top of a strong beat. The song’s lyrics contain a strong message for loved ones, “Sometimes you’re at a standstill, but let’s follow the path you choose together“.

While still pumping out the hits for his Hello! Project groups, producer and Sharam Q vocalist Tsunku has been on a public hiatus since this March for treatment of laryngeal cancer.
On September 25th, Tsunku announced on his personal blog that his cancer treatment was a success and he is in complete remission after six months of chemotherapy and radiation.
Tsunku commented about his motivation for returning back to the music business: “Although treatment was a creative activity-centered job, my brain and body is now energetic as ever. Furthermore, I got certainty from the doctor that if I utilize this experience for the future, I can go back to ‘the one and only job’ I love so much with gratitude.”
Zawachin is a makeup artist that specializes in “monomane meiku” or “impersonation makeup,” which involves using makeup alone to imitate a celebrity’s face. She has done celebrities such as G-Dragon, Sakurai Sho and Yuna from Girl’s Generation.

In Kokubun City Tenouji-County Osaka Prefecture on the 25th around 6:25AM, TENN, real name Takahiro Moriwaki (35), from the hip hop group “ET-KING,” was found by his wife, actress Takako Uehara (31), condominium’s parking lot within his vehicle dead after hanging himself. A female relative who was contacted by Uehara called the police. In the home, there was a handwritten suicide note so the Tenouji police are treating it as a suicide.

Actor group Nagoya Omotenashi Busho-tai has released their new music video for “Furiiki” as the title track for their upcoming album. The song is a Japanese-style dance tune, combining the traditional sound of the shamisen and the four-to-the-floor rhythm pattern. Each member is wearing around 45 pounds of armor each.
Nagoya Omotenashi Bushotai was established to celebrate the the local Nagoya government’s 400-year history back in November 2009.
