As they prepare to wrap up a pretty busy year, up-and-coming rock band Mrs. GREEN APPLE have revealed that they will be releasing one more single on November 2nd. “In the Morning” will be released in two editions (CD and CD+DVD), with the lead track set to be used as the ending theme song for Kansai & Fuji TV’s upcoming documentary based program “#nakedEve”.
In support of this release the group have also published the short version of the music video for “In the Morning” to their label’s official Youtube channel. Said PV shows the band performing in the studio at the titular time of day, complementing these shots with footage of several individuals starting their own days.
You’ll find the MV for this bright and cheery track, as well as the single’s cover and track list just beneath the cut.

In Mid October Tomohisa Yamashita was spotted quietly boarding the final train on the Shinkasen subway line from Shinagawa Station, he was attending a Kinki Kids concert in Osaka earlier in the day. His destination? The apartment of actress Satomi Ishihara. It’s rumored that the two originally started causing attention after Yamapi attended a party held at Satomi’s place back in May.
The two starred together in the 2015 hit Fuji Television drama series “5-ji Kara 9-ji Made: Watashi ni Koi Shita Obōsan”. What makes this rumored relationship interesting is that both Yamapi and Satomi have been billed as “Co-star killers” by some tabloids, having been romantically linked to many of their previous co-stars. Most recently Satomi was linked to J SOUL BROTHERS member Takanori Iwata, who both starred in the 2014 Fuji television series “Dear Sister”. They were spotted together at a restaurant famous for affluent customers wanting to be discreet, staying well into the night. The ‘relationship’ was never confirmed though, and was most likely just two friends hanging out.
Naturally, Yamapi’s agency Johnny & Associates has kept quiet on the rumors as well as Satomi’s agency.

The image of an American high schooler has been one of interest for many abroad. But not just any American high schooler will do; it has to be the 1950/60s American high schooler. This is when teenage culture really started to bloom in the United States, and it has made people nostalgic for a time and place they were never apart of. But you can always be pretend, right? Fashion label Coach‘s lastest collection focuses on this time period and so does Vogue Japan in it’s latest magazine spread. Appearing on it’s pages is music duo FEMM, dressed to resemble mid-western school girls. In a special movie they hit the town of Tokyo to show off their new looks and have fun like teens do.
What? A Johnnys official twitter account? Johnny & Associates has been notorious in shunning social media accounts for their company and their talents. So there has been utter confusion and surprise among Johnnys fans when a suspicious looking Johnnys West staff PR twitter account suddenly pop out of nowhere. But as confirmed by their record label site Johnnys Entertainment, @JohnnysWEST_PR is the real deal. This makes Johnny’s WEST the first Johnnys group to get an official twitter account.
