The duo formed in 2012 and debuted with a self-released photobook in 2013, consequently making a music debut in 2014 with “Wake Ari DANCE Tatetsuite / POISON”. 2016 saw the release of their debut album “RICH” that paid homage to the sound of the 80’s and the idol / economic boom. The upcoming single is a successor to their earlier tracks, offering the “harder” side of Mai and Kaori.

Hello!Project group Country Girls have released their latest video for Good Boy Bad Girl, the last a-side to feature veteran idol Momoko Tsugunaga.
The video for Good Boy Bad Girl is very simple, the girls perform in a auto repair garage while posing with Harley Davidson motorcycles. What makes this release stand out are the fun lyrics, with many verses containing banter between couples(sang by the girls) who seem to be polar opposites.
“You were so cute, dude, like always”
“Don’t call me ‘dude’ ever again”
“Is having a kind boyfriend an illusion?”
“Being sarcastic all the time is going to make you fat”
Good Boy Bad Girl is a double a-side single paired with Peanut Butter Jelly Love and will be released on February 8th, 2017. Watch the full music video below.
