68th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen Live Stream and Chat

A Finnish perspective to idol business: Noora and Petra from Pinky! Noora & Petra interviewed for ‘Helsingin Sanomat’

In June, Arama! Japan wrote about a new idol unit, named Pinky! Noora & Petra that consisted of Dempagumi.inc member Ayane Fujisaki (Pinky) and Finnish sisters, Noora and Petra Sirola. The trio released their debut single in August, titled ‘Aurora to Peace’.

After nine months of relentless touring and other activities, Noora and Petra returned to Finland. They were interviewed for a Finnish newspaper ‘Helsingin Sanomat’ about their time in the idol business. The article was released on December 29th as both, print and online versions. Dempagumi.inc adds two new members, announces new single and tour

Earlier this year, Moga Mogami left idol group Dempagumi.inc rather abruptly due to health reasons. Approximately half a year later, on December 30th, the group announced that they had added two new members, increasing the number of girls from five to seven. The announcement was made during the group’s live in Osaka-jo Hall. Joining Risa Aizawa, Mirin Furukawa, Nemu Yumemi, Eimi Naruse and Ayane Fujisaki are Rin Kaname (nickname Perorin) and Nagi Nemoto (Nemo).  Kaname’s main color is pale yellow and Nemoto’s color is green.

59th Japan Record Awards Live Stream and Chat

At 5:30 PM JST on December 30, the 59th Japan Record Awards will air on TBS. Many acts are nominated for the Grand Prix, including Nogizaka46, Daichi Miura, Keyakizaka46, AI, Nishino Kana, AKB48, AAA, and SEKAI NO OWARI. The Best New Artist Award will also be given out to Tsubaki Factory, Nakazawa Takuya, NOBU, or UNIONE. The show will feature performances by many of the acts named above!
