Following her release on bail for injuring two people in a hit-and-run incident while driving under the influence of alcohol, former Morning Musume member Hitomi Yoshizawa has announced that she will retire from the entertainment industry.
Folk singer/songwriter Yuta Orisaka has announced that he will be releasing his second full-length album “Heisei” next week on October 3rd. Coming fully two years after the release of his debut record, “Tamuke,” “Heisei” will include 11 new songs which take influences from styles as varied as jazz and electronic music.
Ahead of the album’s release, the music video for its title track – a collaboration with track-maker RAMZA – has been uploaded to his Youtube channel. This video, directed by Shintarou Tamada, features various shots of Orisaka strolling around an airport as he sings.

Rapper CHANMINA has returned to the scene with “Doctor“, her latest digital single.
The MV begins with CHANMINA walking into a very colorful looking hospital, dressed very similarly to Paris Hilton during her heyday. Two drag queen hospital attends tend to her, eventually bringing her in for her consultation with the doctors.
While getting wheeled into surgery CHANMINA and her hospital crew perform a unique dance routine, and then it’s revealed they all might be androids. Check out the full MV below!
Earlier in the month living legend Maki Goto appeared on an episode of the popular variety show “EVERYBODY Haran Bakushow”. During her segment she made a revelation that was quite shocking, she used to not get along with former top Hello!Project idol Aya Matsuura!
The two former idols are very similar. They are only 1 year apart in age, and both played a very prominent role in helping Hello!Project flourish into the giant success it became.
