Watch Koda Kumi “make her booty dip” in her MV for “STRIP”

Singer Koda Kumi has released another promotional song from her upcoming studio album “re(CORD)

The 8th song to be revealed overall, “STRIP” is the third to receive it’s own MV. Today an edited short version of the MV was uploaded to avex’s official YouTube channel.

“STRIP” is an urban/trap inspired song where Kumi boasts that she’s gonna drip, while making her booty dip. In the MV two Kumi’s are dressed in traditional wear inspired by her 2012 album “JAPONESQUE“, as they sing and dance with each other. Other scenes include Kumi dancing barefoot inside of a box.

The song is currently serving as the theme for the Fuji TV drama series “Rika” starring Saki Takaoka and Teppei Koike. Check out the edit MV of “STRIP” below!

Hoshino Gen Raps with PUNPEE on “Sarashimono”

As previously reported, on October 14, Hoshino Gen will release a new digital single, “Same Thing.” When this release was announced, Gen said that there would be a surprise guest artist on the song “Ain’t Nobody Know.” It’s been revealed that the guest is English musician Tom Misch. This collaboration came about after the friendship of Gen and Tom grew after a talk they had after one of Tom’s concerts in Japan this past May. The resulting “Ain’t Nobody Know” is a co-production that blends Tom’s track and Gen’s melody.

Gen has also released a lyric video for his collaboration with PUNPEE, “Sarashimono.” The song features Gen rapping alongside PUNPEE. In the video, the two spend a night in hanging out. The video also features English subtitles. Check it out below!

This week, Hinatazaka46 topped the Combined Single chart with their new single “Konna ni Suki ni Nachatte Ii no?”, with 486,041 points in its first week.

SEVENTEEN topped the Combined Album chart with their album “An Ode”, with 45,903 points in its fourth week.

Hinatazaka46 also topped the Single chart with “Konna ni Suki ni Nachatte Ii no?”, selling 476,739 copies in its first week.

SEVENTEEN also topped the Album chart with “An Ode”, selling 44,572 copies in its fourth week.
