Singer Hikaru Utada is back with the release of a brand new MV! For the past month Utada has been teasing the full release of the MV for “Time” with teasers and multiple social media posts.

“Time” is Utada’s 17th digital single overall, and served as the main theme song for the NTV drama series “Bishoku Tantei Akechi Goro“. “Time” was originally released back in May 2020, the release of the MV was reportedly delayed due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19.

The legendary children’s TV show Oha Suta has announced that they will be airing a special “Oha Suta ALL STARS” episode. Many past MCs and “Oha Girls” are expected to appear, but two certain confirmed guests are causing the most buzz among enthusiasts of the show.

Voice actor Koichi Yamadera and actress Becky have both been confirmed to be appearing on the episode. Yamadera was the very first MC for the show, and naturally was one of the most memorable and popular MCs for the shows tenure. He was MC for 18 years and “graduated” from the program in 2016.

On her 44th birthday earlier this year, hitomi announced that she was pregnant with her fourth child. On July 24, she announced on her Instagram that she had given birth to a 3270 gram boy the day before.

Both hitomi and her new son are fine, but she did admit that it was hard giving birth at 44. She said that she will work hard to raise her new child as well as get back in shape.

Singer DAOKO has released a brand new MV for “anima“, the self-titled track from her 4th studio album.

For “anima” DAOKO not only did DAOKO write all the songs, but she also helped create the composition for every song on the album. In the MV for “anima” makes liberal use of vibrant shades of red and pink. Looking like a high fashion power ranger villain, DAOKO is joined by the dancer Aoi Yamada in the MV.

The two interact in a pink room until they combine together into one entity. Check out the full MV below!

It has been announced that ONE OK ROCK‘s guitar player and support vocalist Toru has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a statement from ONE OK ROCK’s management amuse, Toru ran a fever and began to feel chills on the morning of July 27th. He was tested later that day via PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) and was confirmed to be positive.

Toru is currently receiving medical treatment and a medical institution in Tokyo and is in stable condition. Despite interacting with his ONE OK ROCK band mates, all of them are currently reported to be in good physical condition.
