From his latest album, rapper ANARCHY reveals the music video to ‘Shake Dat Ass’. The song also features singer AISHA. Released earlier this month, ANARCHY’s ‘NEW YANKEE’ is his first major album under his new label Avex. Prior to that, he released 4 albums and work with various artists from Zeebra to AK-69.
The summer-themed music video not only features AISHA but popular model, Michibata Angelica as well. This is no surprised after all a linein the song goes “I want to kiss Michibata Angelica”. It also features two girls shaking what the good lord gave them while in bikinis. The song itself is very self-indulgent, going through the joys of summertime. The video was directed by Yuji Kamiyama (MU-STAR GROUP). Kamiyama had worked with artists such as DABO and KEITA prior to this video. It is surely a video that won’t bore you.

The grand finale of the Heavy Metal World Cup pit Japan’s BABYMETAL against USA’s Machine Head. Both have huge fanbases… but by fan vote, BABYMETAL came out on top!
However, there has been mixed bag of responses to these results.
For some metal fans (who consider themselves “true metalheads“), they believe the 3-member idol group’s cutesy music “undermines what metal stands for” and think their music is being exploited since the girls knew nothing about metal music before starting their group. To simple put it, they’re just ‘using it to exploit a niche market.’
Idol group SUPER GIRLS member Mirei Tanaka recently held a release event in Tokyo to debut her first photo book. Tanaka, who is said to be at the “sexiest of her life” in the photo book, shared her impressions of her former co-star Erika Sawajiri. “I was shocked, and thought “She really has a sexy appearance.”
The two women co-starred together on the Fuji TV spring drama First Class in April of this year which recently wrapped up on a high note, scoring over 10% ratings.
Tanaka’s first photobook ‘Mirei’ went on sale on July 22nd. Meanwhile, Sawajiri has successfully finished filming for her upcoming movie Shinjuku Swan, due in theaters early next year.
Singers AI & TEE have released a short PV for their upcoming split single ‘Let it be.’
The two have been trying to work on a collaboration for awhile but nothing really came out of it until now. Both working equally as hard on the song, they decided on sharing the credit. The single is coupled with the tracks ‘Giddy Up’ and ‘Mouichido’ which only feature TEE.
Six-member idol group Dempagumi.inc have uploaded the official promotional video for ‘Chururi Chururi ra’ to their official YouTube channel.
In this video, samurai have glowing swords and serve their masters: dempagumi.inc! It’s a very quirky COOL JAPAN-style clip, using traditional Japanese concepts along with weird modern qualities Japan is known for worldwide.
It was announced today that Ayase Haruka will be starring in NTV’s upcoming autumn drama scheduled to start this October. The drama is going to be a live-action adaptation of Fujimura Mari’s manga “Kyo wa Kaisha Yasumimasu” (lit I’m taking a break from work today).
Ayase will be playing a plain OL named Aoishi Hanae, set to turn 30. She works for a general trading company and has never taken a day off or been late for work. She dresses pleasantly plain and has zero dating experience. However, she finds herself experiencing romance and sex for the first time via a one night stand with a handsome university student Tanokura Yuto. Having no memory of losing her virginity, she starts dating him who is 9 years old younger than her.
At this time Asao Yu, the CEO of a food company located in the same building as her company, begins to have feelings for Hanae.
