On the 17th in Yokohama city, Toma Ikuta attended a private viewing stage greetings for the movie “MIRACLE Debikuro-kun to no koi no mahou.” [“MIRACLE: Devikuro’s love and magic”]. He was received with great cheers by fans.

Mukai Osamu and Kuninaka Ryoko getting married next month

According to Sanspo, on the 20th, it was discovered that actor Osamu Mukai (32) and actress Ryoko Kuninaka (35) will be getting married.  They will submit the marriage certificate next month. The two of them met when they co-starred on a drama in 2012 and began dating. Though the topic of marriage came up right away, Mukai’s busy schedule did not allow it at the time, therefore their happiness is even more. It seems that the arrival of this big couple will be a big topic this New Year’s holiday.

Sakanaction Releases PV for “Sayonara wa Emotion”

Nearly a week after releasing the pv for “Hasu no Hana”, Sakanaction has released the pv for their new single’s other A-side “Sayonara wa Emotion.” The music video for “Sayonara wa Emotion” is a mostly black and white affair, focusing on frontman Ichiro Yamaguchi engaging in a lot of repetitive activity. The other members of the band eventually join in on the repetitive activity as well. Check it out after the jump!

More details on Angelina Jolies’ ‘Unbroken’ with Miyavi

In a recent interview with ‘Variety’, Angelina Jolie, director of the upcoming film ‘Unbroken‘ revealed more details about the film, due for release on the 25th of December.

Unbroken tells the story of Louis Zamperini, a former Olympic Runner who became a prisoner of war during World War II when his plane went down in the Pacific. He was lost at sea for 47 days before being sent to a Japanese prison camp. In the two years he was there, he was starved and beaten – particularly by a man known as ‘The Bird’ – a Japanese officer named Mutsuhiro Watanabe, who seemed to take a particular interest in torturing Zamperini.

Hitomitoi Announces New Mini Album

On December 10, Hitomitoi will release her new mini album “Pacific High / Aleutian Low.” It will have 7 songs, including the 3 digital singles she released this past summer: “Glass no Summer Holiday”, “Natsu Kosen, Kira.”, and “Toki o Tomete Koi ga Odoru.” Those 3 songs represent the summery “Pacific High” portion of the mini album while the wintery “Aleutian Low” portion of the release is represented by the last 4 songs. One of these “Aleutian Low” songs is a cover of Yumi Matsutoya’s “A Happy New Year.” Collaborators on “Pacific High / Aleutian Low” include Cunimondo Takiguchi (Ryusenkei), Dorian, Kashif, grooveman Spot, Okuda Kensuke (NONA REEVES). Suiyoubi no Campanella releases pv for “Momotaro”

On November 5, Suiyoubi no Campanella released their 4th mini album “Watashi wo Onigashima ni Tsuretette.” The group has now released a music video for the mini album’s second track, “Momotaro.” “Momotaro” was originally released on their fifth demo, “Suiyoubi no Campanella demo5.” Check out the video after the jump!
