On June 23, a new unit composed of RUNG HYANG, claquepot, and Mukai Taichi will make their debut with the digital EP “PARK.” The trio of close friends decided to come together last year during the COVID-19 pandemic in an effort to help the world through music.
“PARK” is composed of four songs. The title track, which was produced last year, opens the release. It is followed by two new songs, “So Good” and “Flow.” “PARK” closes with a remix of the title track, courtesy of m-flo‘s ☆Taku Takahashi.
The music video for “Flow” was released in tandem with the digital EP. It’s a breezy and bassy R&B song that’s perfect for summer! Check it out below!
On June 23, G.RINA will release her new album, “Tolerance.” This is her first album since Janaury 2017’s “LIVE & LEARN.” G.RINA’s new album deals with forgiving and accepting oneself and others.
“Tolerance” sees G.RINA collaborating with a number of guests, including her FNCY groupmates Chinza DOPENESS and ZEN-LA-ROCK, as well as BIM, starRo, and Yurufuwa Gang‘s NENE, among others.

On July 14, Fuji TV’s summer music special, “2021 FNS Kayousai Natsu”, will air. It will begin at 6:30 PM JST and end at 10:48 PM JST.
The show will be hosted by Aiba Masaki and Fuji TV announcer Nagashima Yumi, who also hosted last year’s edition of this show.
The first set of performers was announced as well, and it includes King & Prince, along with four other acts from Johnny & Associates. Yuuri, Awesome City Club, Kawasaki Takaya, milet, Ryokuoushoku Shakai, and TWICE will also make this “FNS Kayousai” debut this year on the show. See who else is performing below!

Raul of Snow Man is the cover boy for anan issue #2256, out June 30. This issue marks the first time that Raul has appeared on the cover by himself. This issue of anan is the annual “Beautiful Legs” special issue. Raul is the first man to cover this special issue of anan.
Inside the magazine, Raul shows off the beauty and suppleness of his innate style. He also talks about his daily maintenance routine and how he shows his body off during his performances.

On July 3, the ninth edition of Nippon TV’s midyear music special, “THE MUSIC DAY”, will air from 3 PM to 10:54 PM JST. The theme of this year’s show is “Ongaku wa Tomaranai” (“Music doesn’t end”).
Sakurai Sho will serve as host for the show, just how he has in previous years. Before, he pulled double duty as host and as a member of Arashi, but that has now changed, and Sho believes that this change will allow him to devote himself more to being a better host, as opposed to also having to focus on his performance as well.
Sho will be joined by Nippon TV announcers Hatori Shinichi, Miura Asami, and Ichiki Rena, as well as Bakarhythm to assist in his hosting duties.
The first set of performers for “THE MUSIC DAY” has been revealed, and it includes Snow Man, along with 10 other Johnny’s groups. Official HIGE DANdism and Aimyon will also make their debut on the show this year. See who else is going to perform below!
