Tabloids are reporting that Johnny & Associates group Arashi might be doing the first for a Johnny’s group, actually fully embracing the internet. Arashi has established themselves as not only one of the most popular and beloved Johnny’s acts of all time, but for J-pop in general also. It’s been rumored that they use YouTube as the primary platform of choice.
Johnny’s famously does not allow their talents images to be used on almost every single website. For example, if their talent appears on a magazine cover then it will be blanked out on websites such as amazon and neowing (cdjapan). Their reasoning is due to various copyright laws and restrictions.
m-flo was formed in 1998 when VERBAL and ☆Taku Takahashi recruited their classmate LISA to do vocals on their songs. The following year, the group debuted. In 2002, LISA left the group for a solo career.
After 15 years, LISA is now back in m-flo. Last December, VERBAL was injured in a car accident in Hokkaido. LISA filled in for him at a m-flo event that month. Early this year, VERBAL, ☆Taku, and LISA met, with ☆Taku suggesting that m-flo come back as a trio.

B’z topped the Hot Albums chart with their new album “DINOSAUR.”
DAOKO x Yonezu Kenshi topped the Streaming Songs chart with “Uchiage Hanabi” for the ninth non-consecutive week.
Kegani feat. DracoVirgo topped the Download Songs chart with their new single “Seiren naru Heretics.”
WACK & SCRAMBLES topped the Download Albums chart with their new compilation album “WACK & SCRAMBLES WORKS.”
