After an extremely long hiatus 4th generation Morning Musume member Ai Kago will finally be appearing at a Hello!Project event!

For Hello!Projects set of upcoming summer concerts a plethora of OG members will be appearing as special guests. What shocked fans was seeing Ai Kago’s name listed for two concert dates! This is the first time Kago will appear publicly at a H!P event since early 2006.

All of the activities of Kago and her group W were put on hold in February 2006 due to her smoking underage. The group was planning to release a single called “Dou ni mo Tomaranai” along with a third studio album titled “W3: Faithful”.

This doesn’t seem to be a very good month for members of the Johnny & Associates group NEWS. Earlier in the month it was alleged that Keiichiro Koyama & Shigeaki Kato forced an underage girl to drink alcohol.

Yuya Tegoshi is in the spotlight this time for a somewhat similar situation. He was hosting his own drinking karaoke party at a club, naturally champagne bottles and wine glasses were scattered everywhere. Many of those bottles were of the expensive champagne Cristal.

She did it again! Former idol Nozomi Tsuji shared some very exciting news on her official blog, she is pregnant for the 4th time!

Tsuji shared she’s looking forward to going on maternity leave again, and can’t wait to meet her new healthy baby while being supported by her family. Her youngest son Sora is especially excited that he’s going to be getting a younger brother or sister.

She’s currently scheduled to give birth in December, and asked her fans to keep warmly watching over the Sugiura family.

Back in June 2007 Tsuji married actor Taiyo Sugiura, their first child Noa was born later that year in November. On December 26th 2010 her first son Seia was born, and Sora came into the world on March 21st, 2013.

Ken Hirai is currently celebrating the 20th anniversary of his acoustic concert series, “Ken’s Bar.” As part of this anniversary, Ken will hold two concerts in New York City in August.

The concerts will be held on August 27 and 28 at 7PM at Sony Hall. Ken last performed in New York City in 2010. Tickets for the concerts go on sale June 14 at 12PM. General admission tickets are $95, while VIP tickets are $145. More information can be found here. The concerts’ poster can be seen below!
