This week, Hey! Say! JUMP topped the Oricon single chart with their new single “COSMIC☆HUMAN”, selling 221,318 copies in its first week.
Southern All Stars topped the Oricon album chart with their new best album “Umi no Oh, Yeah!!”, selling 325,474 copies in its first week.
DA PUMP retook the top spot on the Oricon digital single chart, topping it for the third non-consecutive week with their single “U.S.A.”, selling 37,603 copies in its ninth week.
Utada Hikaru topped the Oricon digital album chart for the fifth non-consecutive week with her album “Hatsukoi”, selling 2,197 copies in its sixth week.

Epic Games announced that it will be carrying out a huge promotional campaign featuring TOKIO for its popular battle royal game, FORTNITE. Starting August 10, TV commercials will be airing in major cities throughout the country. In the CM, the 4 members of TOKIO who are dressed like the popular characters in the game are seen enjoying playing the game and even dancing to the FORTNITE emotes.
Huge visuals will also be deployed in Odakyu Shinjuku station west exit area oand Tokyo metro Marunouchi Line Shinjuku station (B1F). Vertical digital advertisements will also be installed in several JR and Toko Metro stations which will feature a different emote dance from TOKIO members.

THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE will be releasing their first album on September 12. The self-titled album comes exactly four years since the 16 members were officially announced during “Musha Shugyo Final Show” held at SHINKIBA STUDIO COAST on September 12, 2014.

The much talked about late night drama “Ossan’s Love” dominates, winning in 6 categories including Best Drama. Several nominees as well for namely, Black Pean, Anata ni wa Kaeru Ie ga Aru and Hana Nochi Hare ~ Hanadan Next Season ~.
