Hello!Project group Juice=Juice is gearing up for the release of their 11th major single “Bitansan / Potsurito / Good Bye & Good Luck!“.
This will be their first single release in almost a year, with the last being the triple a-side “Sexy Sexy / Naite Ii yo / Vivid Midnight” released back in April 2018. This single marks quite a few major changes for the group.
Earlier in the day NGT48 member Maho Yamaguchi appeared on Showroom, a live broadcast where fans can interact with various 48 members mostly used for asking questions.
Fans were quite excited for this, seeing as back in December 2018 Yamaguchi took a hiatus from SNS. Shortly before the Showroom live she made a tweet reassuring fans that were mini SNS hiatus was just from stress, later stating that she actually lost 4kg in just two weeks. Things became a bit ominous when she went on to state
“anyone would have suffered weight loss if they found themselves in this situation, so it’s alright”
Singer Kana Nishino has announced that she will be going on a temporary hiatus, suspending all of her entertainment activities.
The hiatus will begin after completing her 3 day concert series “Kana Nishino Love Collection Live 2019” at the Yokohama Arena.
Singer Kenshi Yonezu will be embarking on a brand new tour beginning on January 19th in his hometown of Tokushima. The 16 date tour will travel all around Japan, concluding on March 11th at the Makuhari Messe hall in Chiba.
To finish off the month Yonezu wil be holding his very first oversea performances!
On March 19th he will be heading over to Shanghai, where he will perform at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Quite a feat, considering the full capacity for the arena is 18,000 people.

The “Dear J” hit maker recently set the Instagram world on fire by posting sultry bikini vacation pictures. Choosing Hawaii as her holiday destination, she opted to stay at the luxurious 4 star hotel Prince Waikiki.

Hoshino Gen topped the Combined Album chart for the second consecutive week with his album “POP VIRUS”, with 53,600 points in its second week.
THE IDOLM@STER also topped the Single chart with “THE IDOLM@STER MILLION THE@TER GENERATION 12 D/Zeal”, selling 57,710 copies in its first week.
Gen also topped the Album chart with with “POP VIRUS”, selling 44,605 copies in its second week.
Yonezu Kenshi retook the top spot on the Digital Single chart, topping it for the 18th non-consecutive week, with his single “Lemon”, selling 30,304 copies in its 46th week.
Gen also topped the Digital Album chart with “POP VIRUS”, selling 8,995 copies in its second week.
Aimyon topped the Streaming chart for the third consecutive week with her single “Konya Kono Mama”, with 1,486,249 streams in the chart’s third week.
