Pullip has collaborated to make a Princess Serenity doll from the popular anime “Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon”.
Princess Serenity’s poofy white dress is made of chiffon with pearls and lace delicately attached. Fans can purchase it from the shopping site “Premium Bandai” and if they get the limited edition version it will come with a Legendary Silver Crystal necklace for the Princess Serenity doll. The doll will go on sale for 18,360 yen (~171 USD) in December and the site is currently taking orders for it.
On October 31st, there will be a “Parco x Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal Special Halloween Official Photo Spot” at Shibuya Parco.
At the venue, the five guardians from the anime “Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal” will be lined up for fans to take pictures with. Fans can also cosplay if they wish as anything besides Sailor Moon. According to staff, the pictures will be uploaded in real-time to a photo gallery and fans can have fun sharing them on social networking services.

A cute Snoopy design has been issued for a new robotic vacuum cleaner, “AQUA Snoopy Robot Cleaner”. A limited of 600 vacuums will be available and they will come with a special ‘Snoopy Dog House’ where the vacuum can be charged.
This past July they made a ‘base’ of the vacuum cleaner, which wasn’t cute, but the functionality is what made it popular. The device is thin enough that it can sweep under beds and sofas and it is quiet enough that people can use it in the middle of the night as well.
On October 19th, Rola (24) attended an opening ceremony for jewelry brand “Tiffany & Co.” in Shinjuku to celebrate the launch of their Shinjuku boutique. Rola sported a white dress and 53 million yen (~$495,165 USD) worth of the brand’s signature jewelry.
It’s a shock that they let her, because 3 years prior she received a Tiffany necklace from the president of her agency and she lost it. Rola went on to say the president gave her another necklace after that and she ended up losing that one too. She sighed, “It’s a bitter memory. Both necklaces are probably hanging out in the same place~”
Fukushi Sota (21) appeared at the 9th Rome Film Festival for an official screening of his movie “Kami-sama no Iutoori”, which will be released in Japan on November 15th. This was Sota’s 3rd consecutive trip to the same film festival. In addition, Hirona Yamazaki (20) also made her foreign film festival debut by attending. Sota spoke in both Italian and English, expressing his desire to do more things abroad.
Sota and Yamazaki also took some time to do some sightseeing around the famous city. Sota stated of his impressions of the famous landmarks the first time he saw them, “I was speechless. I just covered my mouth and was shocked at how amazing Rome truly was.” Yamazaki dyed her hair blonde specifically for the Rome Film Festival, “I ate gelato at the Spanish Steps. It made me feel like I was Audrey Hepburn (from the movie ‘Roman Holiday’)”.
On October 22, up and coming band Passepied will release “MAKUNOUCHI-ISM e.p.” on iTunes worldwide. The EP will have 5 tracks, 4 of which will be English versions of some of the songs on their recent album “Makunouchi-ISM.” The 5th track will be a remix of one of the English versions by Seiho.
