Pop-rock band Galileo Galilei recently revealed that they would be providing the theme for the animated movie “Taifuu no Noruda” (“Typhoon Noruda”). Now the trio have announced that this song, “Arashi no Ato de” (“After the Storm”), is set to be released as a physical single on June 10th.
“Taifuu no Noruda” will be the directoral debut of Studio Ghibli veteran Arai Yojiro and tells the story of a middle school boy who quits baseball after playing his whole life, leading to an argument with his best friend. These two then meet a mysterious, red-eyed girl named Noruda as a typhoon descends on their school, trapping them inside.

Gesu no Kiwami Otome. and indigo la End, the two bands fronted by the enigmatic Kawatani Enon, will both by releasing new singles on June 17th. This will be the second time that this pair of acts have had a simultaneous release after their major debut mini-albums hit shelves last year in April.
indigo la End’s new single will be titled “Kanashikunaru Mae ni” and is the first release to feature drummer Sato Eitaro as an official member of the band. The title track has been described as a passionate, fast-paced tune about just how painful love can be.
Meanwhile, the lead song for Gesu no Kiwami Otome.’s new release will be the chaotic “Romance ga Ariamaru”, their theme song for the upcoming action movie “Strayer’s Chronicle”. “Saidentity”, which will be used as an insert song during the film, is also set to be included on the single.

A couple hours ago LDH group, Sandaime J Soul Brothers, dropped their MV for J.S.B.DREAM.
The PV comes after the announcement of the new apparel brand, “J.S.B.”, which clothes they sport in the music video. For those who may wondering if this is for a new single, it’s not. Actually, J.S.B.DREAM is the b-side to their most recent release, STORM RIDERS feat. SLASH.
The group’s name was given to them back in 1991 by the American artist, Bobby Brown, to EXILE leader HIRO. Despite being based in their roots, this song and new music video gives a different feeling compared to their previous work.

Today, Maroka Uchiyama releases his much delayed debut album, “FAKE.” The album has 14 tracks, including the digital singles, “ReBORN” and “Jo-Shiki.” He recently released a teaser for “FAKE.” In the clip, a shirtless Maro can be seen singing one of his songs in a room full of televisions projecting his face, as well as playing in paint. Hey!Say!JUMP’s 14th single “Chau# / Wo I Need You” debuted at number one on the weekly charts selling 146,794 copies.
