Pizza Hut in Japan has combined the internet’s favorite things, pizza and cats! It all started with this tweet:
Following the tweet, there were also video advertisements uploaded to Youtube, showcasing the cats at “work” and doing what cats do best: nothing. The add campaign changes Pizza Hut to “Pizza Cats” and shows these cute feline creatures wearing the trademark Pizza Hut cap and taking over Pizza Hut to make pizza. The videos are below:
There have been eleven videos uploaded to official Pizza Hut Japanese website.
Also, it appears that if you order the “Pizza Cat Set,” (in Japan) you will be placed in a lottery in which ten people will win an original Pizza Cat hat made for cats.
Will Pizza Hut decide to bring Pizza Cats to America or other countries? We sure hope so.
