As outlined in the “Fantôme” promotional plan, Utada Hikaru was planned to perform “Manatsu no Tooriame” on NEWS ZERO sometime in early October, since it is the show’s current theme song. That day came on October 5. The Utada segment also included an interview. Check it out after the jump!
