Masataka Kubota is prepping for the release of a brand new photobook, with a bit of a twist. His very first “trip book”, titled “a” will be released on March 16th, 2020.
Masataka teamed up with photographer Harumichi Saito, where they traveled to Paris, France for the photobook shooting. Besides a variety of photos, “a” includes a schedule for two people staying in Paris. This includes hot spots to visit, restaurant and meal recommendations, and commentary on fashion.
The name “a” was picked from the English word “actor”, and the French word “Artisan”.
Meanwhile, his latest film “Hatsukoi” (First Love) will be released on February 28th, 2020. It also stars Sakurako Konishi, and Becky.
