Back in March 2020 former AKB48 member Mariko Shinoda announced that she gave birth to a healthy baby girl, just a month earlier she married her non-celebrity husband who works in the entertainment industry. Like many Japanese celebrities, Shinoda censors the face or eyes of her child when uploading photos to social media.
However, Shinoda gave her fans a treat when she uploaded an unedited photo of her baby girl Mei with a big smile on her face!
In her Instagram caption Shinoda shared that Mei-chan came with her to the office today, and the “always smiling mei-chan” was further awaiting instructions for the meeting. She then added the hashtags good at sitting, and hasn’t grown her teeth yet!
Shinoda is among the plethora of celebrities who have created their own YouTube channel, in a couple months she has already amassed over 100k subscribers. Her latest video is a vlog where she visits the seaside city Itoshima.
