Idol group Nogizaka46 are the official Japanese ambassadors of DC superheroine movie “Wonder Woman”, and have released a brand new collaborative music for new song “Onna wa Hitori ja Nemurenai“, which acts as the film’s image song.

The song is included on the group’s forthcoming 18th single “Nigemizu” set for release August 9.

Members participating in the single had the opportunity to preview the film on July 14, and met lead actress Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins. “I think Nogizaka46 symbolizes the same things as ‘Wonder Woman’,” commented Jenkins.

“Wonder Woman” will be released in Japan on August 25.
