On February 6, YUKI will release her new album, “forme.” This is her first album since March 2017’s “Mabataki.” The album includes the single “Träumerei”, as well as the song “Yatara to Synchronicity.” The song serves as the theme song for the Fuji TV drama “QUEEN”, marking the first drama theme for YUKI since 2013’s “STARMANN”, which served as the theme for Fuji TV’s “Starman Kono Hoshi no Koi.”
YUKI will have a long list of collaborators for “forme” including Creephyp‘s Ozaki Sekaikan, Kawamoto Makoto, Chara, Akai Koen‘s Tsuno Maisa, NONA REEVES‘ Nishidera Gota, Haruomi Hosono, Horigome
Yasuyuki, Maeno Kenta, and Yoshizawa Kayoko. These artists composed and co-arranged various songs on the album, with YUKI in charge of lyrics and co-arranging. The album’s closing track, “Utsukushii wa”, is a solo effort by YUKI, with her in charge of the song’s lyrics, composition, and arrangement.
“forme” will be released in a CD+DVD limited edition and a CD only regular edition. A vinyl edition will be released on March 13.
