        lol same
I never really managed to get into Takashi’s side bands (the HIATUS’ first album was great tho)
But in the same time i think it’s fair he’s doing a different music than what he did with ELLE since there wouln’t be any reason left to put the band on indefinite hiatus otherwise.

I tried to listen to HIATUS but the songs don’t really click for me,
I’m happy all the members seem to do their own stuffs, I thought they would go back for their anniversary but yeah ;___; I really liked ELLE, one of the bands that I played on repeat when I first got into J-rock. I hope they would at least consider a comeback album before they disband for good.

Tbh as much as i’m looking forward a comeback, i’m equally anxious about what their ‘new’ music would sound like.
It’s been almost 10 years since their last album so chances are their music will be somehow different from what they’ve been known for. And no one can tell if we’re gonna enjoy it as much as we did back in time…
But i definitively agree they are the best rock band of their generation. I can’t get past the number of their tracks i’ve been listening on repeat for weeks!
