TV Drama Ratings (Dec 11 – Dec 17)

Almost all of this season’s dramas have aired their final episodes. Abe Hiroshi’s Shitamachi Rocket continues its strong showing. Inoue Mao’s taiga drama Hana Moyu ended its run. Preparations are set for the next taiga drama Sanada Maru starring Sakai Masato.

Top Selling Manga Series and Volumes in 2015

Oricon has unveiled the top-selling manga sales list for the year 2015. One Piece continues its best selling streak, topping both the total manga sales and the total number of sales by volume lists.

This list covers sales surveyed from November 17, 2014 to November 22, 2015. Check out the rest of the list below.

The Recording Industry Association of Japan Releases Its Digital Certifications for November + List of 2015’s Certified Songs

Two songs from this year were certified Platinum for selling 250,000 copies: Nishino Kana’s “Torisetsu” and Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again.”

Six songs from this year were certified Gold for selling 100,000 copies: Aimer’s “Brave Shine”, Sakanaction’s “Shin Takarajima”, THE Sharehappi from Sandaime J Soul Brothers’ “Share The Love”, Nishino Kana’s “No.1”, MACO’s “LOVE”, and MAN WITH A MISSION’s “Raise your flag.”

And since the year is almost over, there is also a list of songs that were released this year that have received digital certifications!
