Mii and Thelma Aoyama Enjoy the Summer in “Bestie #Isshou Nakama”

On May 22, former Dancing Dolls member Mii will release her new mini album, “‘HIME’.” This is her second release, after her debut solo single, last July’s “What You Say.” The mini album opens with “Bestie #Isshou Nakama”, a remake of Thelma Aoyama‘s “Isshou Nakama”, from her 2017 album “10TH DIARY.” Thelma produced this cover version, along with two other songs on Mii’s mini album. “‘HIME'” also includes a cover of Stevie Wonder‘s 1974 hit “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing.”

Mii recently released the music video for “Bestie #Isshou Nakama.” The clip features Mii, Thelma, and friends enjoying the summer weather and doing a dance similar to the one in the video for Thelma’s original song, which went viral on social media.
