On July 9, pop singer Hitomitoi will release  her new digital single “Glass no Summer Holiday.”

The song will be available via iTunes. The grooveman Spot-produced song sees Hitomitoi continuing with her City Pop sound. City Pop has been described as a blend of “soul music, fusion and adult-oriented rock (AOR) with lyrics that center on city life as it often was experienced during the country’s bubble economy” in the 1980s. It’s been making a comeback of sorts these past few years.
