Former Morning Musume member and TV Tokyo announcer Asami Konno has given birth to her 3rd child! She shared the exciting news on her official blog, accompanied with the entry was a cute photo of his little hand. She confirmed that both herself and her son are in good health.

Konno also shared some of the struggles she had with this birth. In additional to typical symptoms like “morning sickness”, she experienced sharp stomach pains and acid reflux. She usually had a strong appetite, but became worried when she wasn’t really gaining weight. Despite the tough pregnancy, everything ended up going smoothly once the actual birth date arrived.

On Instagram Konno shared an adorable photo with her two other children welcoming their baby brother. Konno’s daughter was born in September 2017, and her first son was born in February 2019. In 2017 she married professional baseball player Toshiro Sugiura.
