Oricon #1 / Billboard Hot 100 #1: AKB48 – Jabaja (not in the top 20 / Billboard Download Songs #42 / not available for streaming)
Ronald: I’m really surprised! This is actually good! I really enjoy the jazzy, light disco sound of the song. It’s a nice departure for them. I would love to see them do more things in this vein. 7/10

Oricon Digital Singles #1 / Billboard Download Songs #1: Yonezu Kenshi – Lemon (Oricon #2 / Billboard Hot 100 #2 / not available for streaming)
Ronald: Same review as before: Kenshi is a mixed bag. I liked him at first, then he fell out of my favor. I hated the singles from this last album, but the album itself was surprisingly strong. I think that may be happening again, because I’m not really wowed by this. There are some moments where I like the production, but overall, it sounds like something any other male singer-songwriter / male-front band would do. 5/10

Billboard Streaming Songs #1: Keyakizaka46 – Glass wo Ware! (Oricon #3 / Billboard Hot 100 #3 / Oricon Digital Singles #7 / Billboard Download Songs #58)
Ronald: Same review as before: Mmm, there’s really no spark here. It’s just a typical pop song with a bit of a rock influence. Nothing too bad to say, but nothing that great to say either. 4.5/10
