Rola will be releasing her first recipe book “Rola’s Kitchen” on November 30. The book includes recipes that are featured regularly on her Instagram and blog. The book also contains plenty of introduction and photos for 54 recipes.
Despite her busy schedule, she attended cooking classes. In August this year, she passed the “Food and Lifestyle Advisor Certificate Exam”. Her book features food with healthy ingredients such as “fried crispy quinoa”, “My delicious mushroom omelet” and “Nebanebaneba soba”.
Rola commented “I love eating since I was a child. When you get to eat delicious food, doesn’t it make you happy? In this book, the recipes are not only delicious, but also healthy. If you like, it’ll make me happy.”
